Sun Netra 210 (available for new systems and platform upgrades)
The Netra 210 consists of the following;

  • A 1.3G processor
  • 1024M memory
  • One 73G disk drive
  • One graphics card
  • One DVD drive
  • One external 4mm tape drive with 5 backup tapes
  • Four on-board Etherenet ports
  • One monitor, one keyboard, and one mouse. 
  • Optional components are 2G memory and an additional 73G disk drive when disk mirroring is required.

    • Sun T5220 (available for new systems and platform upgrades)
     The Sun T5220 server consist of the following;

  • Form Factor: 2U, 28" deep
  • CPU: UltraSPARC-T2 1.2 GHz CPU, 8 cores 64 threads
  • Memory: Comes with 16 GB with a 16 GB option at additional cost
  • Power Supply: 2x 750W 100-240 AC, Redundant/Hot-Swap
  • Tape Drive: DAT 72, rack mount configuration
  • Disk Drives: SAS like Netra 210, but different mounting bracket
  • Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse
  • Requires Sun Solaris 10 update 6 OS
